so, yes. this is a crane that is sideways and leaning over an apartment complex. this happened last month as this city and the country have been doing finishing touches on construction projects in preparation for the 60th anniversary of the new republic. so the crane was actually doing work on the building that is to the right of the picture where you can only see poles....apparently they were turning too quickly while trying to hoist too much stuff and bam!...this is the result!
this is on my university campus by the way...yikes! it made the local news and everything
thankfully no one was hurt and thankfully I also happened to come upon this that day so you could see the craziness
these are moments when, like a good friend has taught me here, you can only really say....TIC!
